Before your appointment

  • Pre-Appointment Guidelines:

    1. Hair Preparation: Ensure your hair is freshly washed at least 10 to 20 minutes prior to my arrival.

    2. Comfortable Setup: Set up a comfortable chair in a well-lit area of your home, preferably next to an electrical outlet, where I can easily access to provide the service.

    3. Safety Measures: To ensure a safe and hygienic environment, please inform me of any existing health conditions or allergies prior to the appointment. Additionally, please ensure pets are kept in a separate area during the service.

    4. Clear Pathways: Clear any clutter or obstacles in the designated service area to facilitate easy movement and access.

    5. Communication: If you have any specific requests or concerns regarding the service, please communicate them with me beforehand to ensure a satisfactory experience.

During your appointment

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): (if needed not required) For both our safety, please wear a face mask throughout the duration of the appointment. Our hairstylist will also wear appropriate PPE, including a mask and gloves.

  1. Sanitization Protocols: Our hairstylist will sanitize all tools and equipment before and after each appointment. Additionally, please provide access to handwashing facilities or hand sanitizer for both yourself and the hairstylist.

  2. Social Distancing: Maintain a safe distance of at least six feet from the hairstylist whenever possible to minimize the risk of transmission. Avoid physical contact such as handshakes or hugs.

  3. Ventilation: Ensure adequate ventilation in the service area by opening windows or using a fan to promote airflow.

  4. Disposable Items: Whenever possible, disposable items such as capes or towels will be used to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. These items will be properly disposed of or sanitized after each use.

  5. Symptom Monitoring: If you or anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms of illness such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath, please reschedule your appointment for a later date.

  6. Payment Handling: Whenever possible, opt for contactless payment methods to minimize physical contact. If cash is used, please have exact change ready to avoid the exchange of coins.

  7. Rescheduling Policy: We understand that circumstances may change, and we encourage clients to reschedule their appointments if they are feeling unwell or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19.
